Terms and Conditions — Snuggery

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Snuggery online store and the purchase of our products. By placing an order, you accept these terms in full.

1. Seller identification

2. Products and prices

Each Snuggery item is handmade to order. All prices are shown in euros (€) and include applicable VAT, unless stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to change prices and product descriptions at any time, without affecting orders already confirmed.
Product images are for illustrative purposes; as items are handmade, small variations in colour tone, texture or finish between the actual product and the photographs are natural and not considered a defect.

3. Purchase and payment process

Your order is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email after completing payment.
Payments are processed securely via Shopify Payments. Snuggery does not store your full card details.
We reserve the right to cancel an order in the event of a pricing error, lack of stock, or suspected fraud, notifying you and refunding any amount already charged.

4. Shipping

As each item is handmade to order, order preparation time is 5 to 7 working days.
Shipping time after preparation: a further 5 to 7 working days.
These timeframes are calculated in working days; weekends and public holidays don't count, so delivery may be slightly delayed if your order falls on these days.
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive the available tracking information by email.

5. Right of withdrawal (returns)

In accordance with European Union consumer protection regulations, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase without needing to justify the reason, under the following conditions:

Timeframe: 14 calendar days from receipt of the product.
How to exercise it: write to us at mysnuggeryco@gmail.com stating your order number and your intention to return the product.
Product condition: it must be returned unused, in its original packaging and in a resaleable condition.
Return shipping costs: covered by the customer.
Refund: once the product has been received and checked, we will refund the amount paid (including the original shipping cost, if any) within a maximum of 14 calendar days, using the same payment method used for the purchase.
This right does not apply to personalised products, items sealed for hygiene reasons that have been unsealed after delivery, or other cases set out in Article 103 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007.

6. Statutory warranty for defects

Products sold by Snuggery carry a statutory warranty of 3 years from the date of delivery, in accordance with Spanish consumer legislation (Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, as amended by Law 3/2022).

If the product arrives faulty or has a manufacturing defect within this period, you are entitled to a free repair or replacement, and if this is not possible, to a price reduction or refund.
In the event of a manufacturing defect, Snuggery covers the cost of return shipping and of sending the replacement product.
To make a warranty claim, contact mysnuggeryco@gmail.com with photos of the defect and your order number.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, normal wear and tear, or modifications made by the customer. As items are handmade, minor natural variations are not considered defects.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this store (text, logo, design, photographs) is the property of Snuggery or is used with due authorisation, and may not be reproduced without prior written permission.

8. Limitation of liability

Snuggery will not be liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control (force majeure, courier issues, etc.). Our liability is, in any case, limited to the amount actually paid for the product.

9. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by Spanish law.
If you are a consumer resident in the EU, you can access the European online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
For any dispute, the parties will submit to the courts and tribunals with jurisdiction under consumer protection regulations.

10. Amendments

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be published on this page with the date of the last update, and will apply to orders placed from that point onward.
